Hello! I'm looking for 1-2 artists interested in sharing my studio space in Gowanus!

- 1 artist - $500/month - 200 sq ft of working space + shared tool and storage areas
- 2 artists - $300/month per person - 100 sq ft of working space EACH + shared tool and storage areas

The studio is located in a historic building with facilities, including a freight elevator, easy access to dumpsters, and a slop sink nearby! There is an artist-run gallery just outside of the studio!

I'm a visual artist (primarily a painter) in my mid thirties. I've had this studio for about 3 years now and really love it! Just hoping to make the cost of the space more sustainable for me and build some community while I'm at it!
