Studio Sublet in Bed-Stuy with Private Garden

I’m looking for a conscientious person(s) to stay in my furnished, ground floor studio apartment in Bed-stuy while I’m out of town.
Includes a private backyard, central air, queen sized bed, basement laundry, standing desk with a 27” mac monitor, WIFI, a well stocked kitchen (kitchenaid, rice cooker etc) with a dishwasher and microwave.
The apartment is in a great location around the corner from the Franklin C stop, a few blocks from the A and about about a 12 minute walk to the G.
This is my home and personal space, so my belongings will be here during your stay, however I will clear spaces in drawers and closets in the case you need them and everything will be thoroughly cleaned before you arrive.
If you can help with some light plant watering duties, I would be grateful!

Please respond with a little info about yourself. If it feels like the right fit, we can set up a quick video call to say hi and verify your identity. I will prioritize those who can rent for the whole duration ($2,500). I will not consider stays less than 1 week.
The following will be required:
- Signed sublease agreement. You will be liable for any lost or stolen property, and damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- 50% of rent upon reservation and the other 50% upon check in
- Picture of driver's license, passport, or other official picture ID for all guests
