+ Garage: private garage space which CAN be made available for an additional fee
+ Outdoor Space: paved back-yard and a bistro dining set on the front porch
House Inclusions:
+ Fully furnished bedroom/s, office/s and living room including a dining table and a breakfast table.
+ Fully stocked kitchen - pots, pans, cutlery, plates, cups (all the necessities) including a blender, coffee grinder, coffee percolator and a recently purchased food processor
+ Air purifier and AC/Heating throughout the house
+ Monthly landscaper who handles all the outdoor work *paid for and arranged by the landlord*
+ Fantastic on-call-ish handy man, who is the best thing that’s ever happened to us and is quick to help with little fixes around the house. *Who is contacted via the property manager when issues pop up*.

We are a creative couple working in TV and Film and are temporarily relocating to be closer to family.
We've loved living in this house and are proud to call the space our home. We're looking for singles, couples or a family who will be clean and respectful of the space.
We'll be your main point of contact for the term of our agreement and will be showing the space. We're available throughout the week/weekend from 10am - 8 pm. We can also do FaceTime viewings!

+ Flexible length of stay from 5/6 months -- up to a year, however we’ll give priority to singles, couples, families - anyone who can commit to at least 9 months (until January 2026). Please inquire if your situation is unique and you would like to discuss term options!
+ Upon signed Sublease Agreement 1 month security deposit required.
+ 1 month rent due before move in/when you pick up the keys - which can be a few days before you officially move in at no additional cost to you!
+ Utilities - Internet, gas, electric, water to be covered by subletter! We’ll keep all the utilities under our name and will invoice you each month for what you owe with the statements.
+ Copy of Driving License or Passport (which will be shared with the landlord/property manager).
+ Proof of income.
