She’s a good friend, a warm cuddler, and an attentive listener. Enjoy her soft belly and sweet kisses while overlooking the Hudson river from your living room.

The apartment:
Beautifully furnished with a modern mid-century flair, this ginormous one bedroom apartment has a large eat-in kitchen, stunning hardwood floors, tons of light, 2 brand new large screen smart TVs with all major streaming services and lots of bathroom space for essentials. Apartment is on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by the elevator or stairs.

Building:


Located at 187th street and Cabrini, this is a beautiful pre-war building overlooking the Hudson River. Enjoy super friendly neighbors, a squeaky clean garbage and recycle room, laundry on the first floor, a wonderful super, and a friendly evening doorman who keeps an eye on the door and on your packages.

Transportation and Neighborhood:


CALLING ALL NATURE lovers! This apt is very near to the Cloisters, beautiful Fort Tryon Park (6 min walk) and Inwood Park. Great area for long walks in nature, dog walking, and gazing at the Hudson River. It’s a 5 min walk to the 181st stop on the A train, a 15-20 min express ride to midtown Manhattan (59th street), and a 2 min walk to the best organic food/grocery ever. Plenty of yummy restaurants, a wonderful pharmacy, Chase bank, and historic art deco to boot, this is my favorite neighborhood in NYC

Rents and fees: 

I will be charging a discounted rate of $1950/month for this space in exchange for pet care. The rent is normally $3350 + Verizon Fios, high speed internet ($100) + Con Ed ($150) for a total of $3600. So the total amount you save is $1650.

Water and gas are also included. A house keeper will also come 1-2x/month depending on need.

Dates:
Looking for someone to start on or near Dec 1st and stay until May, but these dates are somewhat flexible.
