Live in the heart of the East Village, half a block to beautiful Tompkins Square Park. The apartment is dog friendly, and there is a great dog park just half a block away.

The apartment has an elevator, so bringing luggage in is a breeze. Serenely quiet, it is a second floor apartment that faces, the back courtyard of the building and there is almost no traffic noise-rare in nyc!

Lush and healthy plants throughout provide fresh air and a beautiful atmosphere. Full kitchen with everything your heart desires to cook should you decide to eat in. Full-size dishwasher so clean up is simple. Renovated kitchen with everything you need for your morning beverages. Coffee and tea pour over, Nespresso machine, and Turkish coffee pot.

Brand new queen sized memory foam bed and premium 100% cotton Calvin Klein linens. Fluffy feather, duvet, and both cotton and feather pillows so you can collapse at the end of the day in total comfort. Cookbooks, record player and fun records with Bluetooth speaker. Smart tv in bedroom and living room with streaming channels already programmed.

The living room has a fold-down double size sofa, with high quality mattress topper available, so that there are two very comfortable sleeping areas separate from each other. The television is a smart TV/monitor so you can relax and or work with an extra screen. Super fast Wi-Fi should you want to stream, watch from multiple devices, and work from home.

Renovated bathroom with full-size bathtub as well as rainfall and handheld showerhead. Premium bath and shower products, and lots of fluffy towels, as well as a simple bidet.

The apartment will be cleaned from top to bottom, so it feels brand new for you. I spent many years working in four and five star hotels, and it was always a dream of mine to have a property like this.

Very quiet and wonderful neighbors, not a party building. Packages can be received either in the lobby of the building, or at one of many postal outlets in the neighborhood.

Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, multiple large, chain, grocery stores, as well as very unique special East Village specialty stores around the corner, you can find fresh pasta, premium, Italian, bakeries, Ramen, restaurants, Michelin, star, restaurants, as well as our local neighborhood pizza joint for the perfect New York slice.

Transportation to, and from the apartment is super simple, as we are close to the first Avenue at 14th St. subway station-about a five minute walk from the apartment. From there, you can catch subway trains that will take you anywhere in Manhattan, as well as Brooklyn, including trendy Williamsburg just one stop away. Should you want to walk, you can walk over the picturesque Williamsburg Bridge and experience all that Brooklyn has to offer.

If you are staying longer, I highly recommend getting a Citi Bike pass, which will give you access to all of the Citi Bike rental stations, the closest of which is half a block away. If you get the monthly unlimited pass, you can bike 45 minutes at a time for free, as well as pay a small fee to use their amazing electric bikes. [perfect for going over the bridges speedily and easily].

This is a gem of an apartment in one of New York City’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Right downstairs is a beautiful café. [try the pandan latte!] as well as several bakeries, premium pet supplies, shops, and salons. A block over on East 9th between first and 2nd Ave you will find an incredible number of gift shops and unique stores to explore. This is the perfect jumping off point for any trip to NYC, and is sure to be memorable for you. Nightlife is half a block away and covers the surrounding streets with pubs, clubs, and all types of restaurants from all parts of the world, both healthy and indulgent, depending on your fancy.
