APPLICATION FEES:
- $20 per person for the credit application fee
- Provide a copy of state ID and proof of income (1 one of the following: 2 pay stubs, W2, 1040 or 1099, tax return)
AGREEMENTS & DEPOSITS
- Subtenant will be required to sign a sublease agreement
- To move forward, the interested party will be asked to place a $400 deposit to hold the sublease while the building management company is reviewing the application
- If the application is approved, the deposit will be applied toward the total rent (i.e. the amount due is $3,300 since $400 was already paid via initial deposit)
- If the application is not approved, the $300 deposit will be refunded back

- Prefer no pets; however, may consider pending situation
