I am subleasing my room in a 2 bed/1 bath in prime Williamsburg off of the L&G train on Metropolitan and Lorimer. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the station.

The dates are May 9th-May 26th and it is $1,152 for the entire stay. The dates can be flexible as well.

The apartment is a modern apartment with an elevator, lived in super, and has laundry on the 2nd floor. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is a deck outside as well! The apartment is facing the BQE but the windows really block out the noise and can't even hear the freeway.

My room is spacious enough to fit a queen bed, a 6-door dresser, a standing desk & chair and a big closet as well.

You will be living with a 29 year old female that works in tech and goes into the offie 1-2x a week.

Looking for a female subleaser that is very clean, and will respect the place & enjoy it!
