I'm subletting my 800-sq ft one-bedroom in beautiful Ditmas Park while I travel from April 10-30. I've been in this apartment for 3+ years and love spending time on the couch, reading in the breakfast nook or doing work at the desk setup.

Rent for the period is $1300 which is substantially reduced in return for taking care of my sweet easy cat. Experience with cats is a must, please.

The apartment bright and colorful and full of art and plants. Ample closet space and a great kitchen with a dishwasher. I keep the space extremely clean. There's a Peloton bike you're welcome to use.

The neighborhood is really peaceful and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Newkirk Plaza B/Q.

The building is full of long-time residents who enjoy their peace and quiet. This is definitely not a party house! Friend dinners and visitors are of course welcome, but we keep it pretty quiet around here, and will need a subletter who understands this.

There is a washer/dryer in the building that you can pay to use. Bonus points if you're a plant lover who can water my many plants during your stay. No other pets, no smoking inside. RESPOND AND TELL ME A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF PLEASE. One occupant is ideal, but I'll consider couples. The full rent payment is due ahead of move-in, along with a $200 security deposit that will be returned provided there is no damage.
