Extremely quiet since it is not on the Avenue.
South facing windows give apartment wonderful direct sunlight (great skylights also help).
Only 3 blocks away from Prospect Park and very close to all the restaurants, shops, groceries.
Close to F, G, R subway lines.

Apartment:
Top floor apartment with high ceilings in 8-unit building.
Open kitchen layout with lots of room for table, chairs, kitchen island.
Both bedrooms fit queen size beds and more furniture (south facing bedroom is larger).
3 good sized closets and overhead storage nooks for all your belongings.
Nice, true wood flooring.
Fire escape outside window overlooks calm garden area and is great for quiet sunsets.
Large bathroom cabinets with vanity lighting. Shower with great water pressure.
Dishwasher, refrigerator, stove included.
Laundry in basement of the building.
Pets OK.
Neighbors are nice :)

For sublet period we can provide a full-bed, chair and desk (and maybe more!)
