My sunny one-bedroom on the border between Fort Greene and Clinton Hill is available mid-December to mid-January. I'll say upfront: the rental amount is somewhat flexible (within reason) because what's most important to me is finding someone trustworthy and self-sufficient to take care of my space while I'm traveling out of state.

Neighborhood is lovely and the apartment is a five minute walk to Fort Greene Park! Close to that cute Dekalb stretch of restaurants and cafes, close to Pratt campus, it's a dreamy location.

Laundromat across the street and another one block away.

I've been living in New York for almost ten years (four in Manhattan, nearly six in Brooklyn) and love it here. I have to leave the city to take care of a family member for a month. My home is my sanctuary, I keep it quite clean and tidy, so looking for someone who will respect my belongings and care for my space.
