I'm subleasing my room in our spacious, colorful Bushwick Apartment from Dec 1st to Dec 30th. Ideal for someone visiting the city or between leases! Rent is $1200 for the full month, but I’m open to a shorter sublet and will do a prorated rate of $40/day.

Apartment is two stories and ground level in an elevator building. It's a luxury building and has large WFH space, gym, pool, sauna, HUGE roof deck, and laundry in building!

Amazing neighborhood with bars, cafes, and restaurants. Under 10 minute walk to 3 different breweries. Just a couple blocks to the Halsey L train to take you in to Manhattan.

There are three other roommates but all the rooms have a feeing of privacy since the apartment is two levels. We are mostly creatives. We like to have a relaxing and cheerful environment, no drama, smoking or drugs. Looking for someone motivated, kind, and tidy.

I’m a 24 year old musician, I’ve lived in this Brooklyn apartment for over 3 years now! I’m bicoastal and split my time between NY and LA, which is why I’m subletting my room. My roommates are creatives and freelancers. We’re all super easy going and respectful. We are social but also like our alone time after a long day!
