I am an artist and I’ve had this studio for 7 years. I’m moving to a studio that is closer to my home. The studio adjacent to this space is separated by a wall and the common area, and is occupied by a painter who is very quiet and very tidy :) and who has also had the space for 7 years. Both spaces are open to the hall/common area but a door can be constructed (by you) if you prefer more privacy. The furniture pictured will be removed before sublet. This is a sublet with indefinite lease - I hold the original lease, and can transfer it to you if desired (and approved by the landlord).
