- Fully furnished except for bed. You can use my queen bed frame or your own. I'm open to unfurnished for the right fit
- Huge living room closet for your clothes and storage, bedroom has racks for storage
- Unit is rear facing and quiet with views of a nice yard; west facing windows provide lots of natural light
- Amazing location near 4th & Dean St, close to all trains at Barclays Center and all the wonderful shops, bars, restaurants, grocery stores within a short walk

Rent and building details
- 2600/month is pretty reasonable for the area and space
- Proof of income and employment
- Cooking gas and heat INCLUDED; you just pay electric and internet
- A/C unit
- Internet options: Spectrum or Fios (you'll create your own account)
- Sublets fully accepted here, so all is above board. No co-signers allowed

About This Lister
