Roommates: Two of them are not home (traveling abroad), the third one is almost never here. You will have lots of privacy.

I am 55 years old professional Musician. resident of new York since 2001.

I will be working with a theater production in Boston while you sublet my room.

Two of my roommates will not be here, they are traveling abroad. The third one is a 30 year old female, very nice, she is almost never here. You will be practically by yourself in the apartment.
