Hello, fellow travelers.
I am going away for the month of February and am subletting my apartment in East Village. It's a spacious studio on the first floor right across Tompkins Square Park. I put my heart in designing it to make it cozy and welcoming. Great for one person or a couple.

The building has a laundry room in the basement and street parking.

I am a NYC-based filmmaker and yoga teacher. My apartment has been featured in a critically acclaimed film INCOMPLETE - you can see how the apartment looks by googling 'Incomplete short film'

I hope to pass the apartment to someone who would take a god care of it and enjoy their time in East Village.

Fun fact - the apartment comes with cultural program, a membership card to Whitney museum and MoMA so while you in New York you could enjoy two prominent museums.
