Short term furnished sublet available from 13 December to ~22 January (flexible on end date) in leafy Fort Greene - 3 min walk to gorgeous Fort Greene park!

Your room would be the largest room with a walk in wardrobe in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment with big open plan kitchen/living area. It's the top floor of a 3 apartment walk-up building. We have a washer+dryer in the building, shared with only one other apartment. We have a projector with a number of streaming services and lots of handmade ceramics in the kitchen. Two wonderful female housemates share the space, who have warm calm energy. We love our home and hope you would love it too!

Subletting for $475 a week, with preference for someone (or a couple) to stay the whole time, but also open to shorter stays. All utilities included.

Fort Greene is magical during the holidays and there's a bunch of great restaurants and bars to explore in the area. The apartment is walking distance to the following subway lines: N, Q, R, B, D, A, C, G, 1, 2.
