Exact timing is flexible, but ideally looking for someone who can stay for a majority of this time frame, with the option to take over the lease at the end of September. Units in our building typically list for less than a day before being rented, so it’s a great opportunity to get ahead of the rush!

Location: 5 minute walk from the F/G/R at 4th Ave-9th St station, 15 minute walk to Prospect Park. Easy transfers at Barclays or Jay Street!

The apartment: Top floor unit with windows in every room, large and separate renovated kitchen, and living space with couch, TV, and dining table. AC unit in the common area. Responsive super and management company. Close to multiple grocery stores and all the stores and restaurants on 5th Ave!

The room: Huge, sunny bedroom with a closet and extra overhead storage. Can fit a queen bed, dresser, and desk. I’m happy to leave the room partially furnished! Room comes with practically new AC unit already installed.

You’ll be living with my roommate of almost three years - mid 20s male with no pets. Great roommate, and very sad to be leaving him (moving in with my partner).
