Hello!

I am looking to sublet my beautiful apartment for the summer! The space is on the top floor of a three story A-frame house in Kensington, Brooklyn. The neighborhood is really lovely – quiet, and friendly but just a few blocks from the F and G train which allows for easy access into manhattan or the beach.

The space is live / work – I have turned the front room into my bedroom and the back room into an art studio, already lined with ram board and equipped with a drawing board and work tables. It is a perfect place for a painter or writer. Wonderful sun light, very quiet and a back roof you can climb out and sit on.
