### Apartment Info
Located on the 6th floor (top) of a friendly pre-war building with an elevator for easy access, the apartment is a quiet and peaceful sanctuary.
The bedroom gets morning light and has a queen-sized Casper mattress that’s super comfy.
The living room has sunlight all day, a comfy pull-out couch, and a TV with Apple TV.
It has a nice overall layout, with the kitchen separate from the bedroom and living room.
It is an older building, so there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer, but there are so many cost-effective laundry options nearby it’s never been an inconvenience.
If you open the windows in the kitchen and living room, you can get a nice draft breeze through the apartment. Additionally, there are AC units in the bedroom and the living room.
Mid30s creative that loves living in Fort Greene but escaping New York in the winter.
