Come live in a sunny, massive studio in the best part of Park Slope! Available starting Feb. 1 for at least two months, probably longer, and potentially a lease takeover.
This lovely, sun-filled studio is spacious, clean and QUIET. In this beautiful old brownstown, you'll find hardwood floors, high ceilings and three large south-facing windows that provide lots of light all day long. This serene spot looks over a block's worth of lush gardens, and also has a delightful array of houseplants that bring the outdoors in.
The apartment is furnished with a full-sized Tempurpedic bed, large couch, TV console, blackout curtains, two desks, and a powerful A/C. There's one large completely empty closet but currently no dresser (but room if you want to bring one and a few small side tables with storage). At the moment there is no kitchenware provided, but can discuss options there.
Apartment is the back-half of the second floor, up one flight of stairs (no elevator). No laundry in the building, but a great wash and fold place nearby.
Located two blocks away from the 7th Ave B/Q and two blocks away from the Grand Army 2/3 express trains, you're minutes from Manhattan, but also surrounded by amazing restaurants, shops, bars, museums and the park right here!
Last few photos are the most accurate representation of what’s currently in the space and how it’s arranged.
I've been living in New York for more than a decade, and in this lovely apartment for the last nine years. This is my home and I absolutely adore it—I hope you will too! I've had great luck with finding sublettors through Listings Project before.
I'm currently on the West Coast taking care of a family situation.
I'll be your point of contact, though the landlord is aware I'll be subletting and is super responsive.
