I’ve had the pleasure of living in this apartment for 4 years, making it the longest place I’ve called home in NYC. Originally moving in with two roommates, we found the space perfect for everyone to have their own privacy. Now, with just one roommate, we’ve converted one room into a photo studio and another into a home office, making the apartment incredibly versatile.
This place has truly been a great fit, but I’m excited for the next step in my life that requires relocating. If it weren't for this milestone in my life, I’d likely be here for another 4 years.
I’m looking forward to passing this wonderful space on to someone who will appreciate it just as much as I have. If you’re interested in taking over the lease or sublet for a few months, I’d love to show you the space and answer any questions.
