Building itself is very quiet, as is the neighborhood of Sunnyside, which is a family oriented community. Lots of delicious restaurants in walkable distance including health food stores, laundry mats, yoga studios, and dog parks.
The apartment is stunning and I hope to have it for many years.

I keep my place very minimalistic, mostly plants, books, and records fill the space so there is room to hold small personal belongings of your choice given the time frame of desired rent.
Heat and hot water is included in the rent.
Electric and internet is roughly $100 monthly additional.
Im looking for a highly responsible individual or older couple to rent my space while I travel for a few months. This space is a sanctuary for me so I am looking for someone who is exceptionally clean and respectful of keeping it a peaceful and cared for environment.
No pets please but if the person is right I might make an exception. Couples fine!

I am in my mid thirties and have lived here about three years now. I work full time in events management and looking to take a long break hence looking to sublet my space to the right candidate. Im exceptionally clean and organized, I prefer minimalistic aesthetics which makes the space easy to move into. I have two lovely neighbors who I dont know well but they collect my mail and have always been courteous and quiet. Ive never met the landlord and the super is generally unreachable but have only needed their assistance once in the several years Ive rented.
