Newly renovated 9 months ago, dishwasher, central AC/heat controlled by thermostat, camera/voice buzzer, and in unit washer/dryer! huge windows in the bedroom and living space (my favorite part) which allow for so much natural light! Off the Kosciusko J train, 1 block away from Ornithology Jazz Club
