Our apartment is 56 m2 (about 600 sq ft) and is a beautiful and sunlit space bordering the 3rd, 11th, and 10th. We're right off the Republique train stop so it easy to get anywhere in Paris. All the best restaurants and bars are within a 10 minute walk! The apartment is very quiet with the bedroom on the courtyard and three huge french windows facing the street. It is the most walkable location with amazing cafe, bars, restaurants, shopping, boulangeries, etc within 1-2 blocks.
The apartment in on the 2nd french floor (3rd American floor). There is a kitchen with an island and a dining table off the kitchen, a living room, a small office (with a second full bed), and a main bedroom. The shower and sink are on the other side of a wall in the bedroom and there is a small bathroom by the door as well!
