A convenience store/deli open till 12 midnight located on the West Street side of the building.

Just one block from the Franklin Street zone of Greenpoint, where there are cute bars, restaurants, and coffee shops to discover. Located on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, it's just a short walk to enjoy all the rest the waterfront and the main shopping areas of the neighborhood have to offer.

Just a few blocks away from the East River Ferry that will take you to Wall Street, Dumbo, Williamsburg and Midtown Manhattan. Nearest subway is the Greenpoint G train stop just a 8 minute walk away. The Bedford L train stop is about a 15 minute walk away, and then you're one stop away from Manhattan. There is plenty of parking on the street outside building and surrounding block if you have a car.

I've lived in this apartment now for 2 years and love all the sunlight it offers and the peace and quiet.
