Fully furnished studio apartment available between 12/13-Apr and 31-May. The apartment is in a luxury doorman building, bright and spacious. The location is between Downtown Brooklyn (apparently called DoBro) and Boerum Hill, close to many train lines including A, C, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Q. It is ~20 mins to WTC/FiDi and ~30 mins to Midtown.

We would ideally like to sublet for the entire duration but open shorter chunks (min 3-4 weeks, at a higher rate) based on interest.

The studio has basic essentials (a queen bed, desk, arm chairs and a TV), and is perfect for 2 adults but can accommodate an air mattress or sleeping bag as well.

The cost includes utilities and internet.
