We have an available room in our three bedroom apartment located in the heart of Crown Heights! The lease ends April 1st so we're looking for a temporary roommate to live here anywhere from 1 to 3 months. Our spot is located off the intersection of St. Marks Ave., one block from all the restaurants and amenities on Franklin, and just a 10 minute walk from the 2, 3, 4, 5, S, A, and C train stations. There is some train noise from the S line, though it's something that we've completed drowned out and don't notice--though I'd say if you're extremely noise sensitive, it might bother. The bedroom has a closet, can accommodate a full size bed or maybe a queen bed (we have an available air mattress and sheets if you'd want), and it has a south facing window. Ultimately, we're searching for someone that's kind and respectful. Let us know if you're interested!
