Fully Furnished – All furniture in the pictures stays, but i am not leaving many of my personal things, so you can really make it your own. 

Functional Kitchen – Full-size fridge & stove. You’ll need some extra pots and pans if you like to cook, but there are all the other basics.

Peaceful Neighbors – we have no noise rule in the house past 9pm and before 9am.

I’m traveling and looking for a responsible, flexible tenant for a month-to-month stay. The ad says till end of April. But likely will extend longer. I absolutely love this place, it’s like my personal paradise, I hope the person who’s gonna come stay here will love it as much.
