This is a spacious fully furnished 1.5 bedroom (tore the wall down and made an office space) with a lovely balcony in a modern Bushwick building filled with exciting amenities (game room, rooftop, gym, movie theater...) located near the crossing of Flushing and Bushwick Ave. There is a laundry room in the building, I keep the space very clean and organized.
The neighborhood is very chill, and it is walking distance from many great restaurants and bars. And only a 5min walk to the J/M (Flushing or Myrtle stations) and 8min walk to the L (Morgan or Montrose). It's only 20min to get to Manhattan (LES or Midtown depending on what line you take)
All utilities are included and you'll also be more than welcome to use my streaming accounts.
Ideally looking to sublet for the entire duration but open to shorter periods as well.

Rental requirements
Everyone has a different situation and I can be flexible with requirements. I would look for a quick video call and copy of ID for shorter sublets. For a longer period I'd also look for a security deposit of $1000 and a couple of references.
