Hello! I am a filmmaker and entrepreneur who has lived in NYC going on 12+ years, and in this lovely space for 2 years. I currently am between Mexico City and NYC often, so am looking for a long-term or flexible long-term subletter.

Ideally this person would be similar to me in cleanliness and share respect for the space. The neighborhood is amazing and I have a list to share of my favorite places.
