Sunny apartment in a sweet neighborhood on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy, at Classon Ave and Lexington Ave. The windows on the living room and primary bedroom face south and they get sunlight all day in the winter.

This is a two bedroom apartment but one room is partially being used for storage at the moment, hence the two bathrooms. You're welcome to use the second room for storage and/or a guest room - there is a comfortable full bed and linens in there.

I'm a freelance cinematographer, sometimes leaving town for a few months at a time. I'm out of town but I have a friend who lives in the building who can show the space. I'm easygoing and the other residents in the building are chill, but it is a tight community with a lot of long-term residents and families so I'll probably hear about it if y'all aren't being respectful.
