The property is on the 2nd floor of a four-unit house. There are steps into the building and to the 2nd floor. We have had this property for three-years, and really love the neighborhood and neighbors. We know all of them, and they have been super caring. There is a backyard with a lot of space and laundry as well.

There is a standing table that can also be used as a sitting table. This dedicated workspace is in the living room. We have a separate living room and dining room. Bathroom has a separate shower and soaking bathtub.

Price is based on cost, fully-furnished. Utilities will depend on usage, and will be deducted from the security deposit.
