i'm subletting my apartment on the border of clinton hill and bed stuy for mar 6 - mar 16. the dates are flexible, so let's chat if you're looking for something close to these but not exact.

it’s a proper 1 bedroom, very sunny, w lots of plants (can you water them for me?????) and access to a private roof. it's a colorful, cozy space — a little strange but inviting, i'm told. there's a kitchen island good for cooking, and i have tons of oils, spices, sauces and teas you're welcome to enjoy. the island can also double as a desk for work, or you can use the dining table that i often use for my art projects.

it's a 5 minute walk from the G train and a 10 minute from the C. since i'll b out of town, you're welcome to use my bike, too, if you're a shorty like me (5'2"). cafés and bars are close, and fort greene park isn’t far.

all utilities are included (wifi too).
