Welcome to my flatiron hideaway!

My apartment is located on one of the best blocks in Flatiron, just on the edge of Madison square park. It faces 22nd St, and it remarkably quiet, despite being so close to the action. Jua, Lyseè, Cote and Coqodaq are just around the corner!

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. I have appliances including a Vitamix, stand mixer, and food processor. There's a new Bosch dishwasher, and I have a bar area with a wine fridge and (too much!) glassware. I'm an amateur sommelier, and it shows :)

The living/dining room is has a Ficus Audrey and gets a ton of light, especially in the morning. I have a 65 inch OLED TV with a Sonos system, that's all powered by Verizon Fios. I have a circular dining table that comfortably seats 5 and can squeeze in 6.

The bedroom features a king size mattress and Parachute bedding. There's two big closets with plenty of space. Each floor in the building has laundry

I have decorated my home with a lot of care and it is filled with photographs from my travels around the world. I love sharing my space, and I am looking for renters who intend to take the absolute best care of our space and respect what has gone into it!
