The apartment was completely renovated before I moved in, and is still in excellent shape. New, clean appliances, gas stove. microwave, central heat & ac in living room and bedroom, wood floors, great light – overall a very comfortable space.
The neighborhood is quiet, and is only a few short blocks to Driggs Ave / McGolrick Park, Graham Ave and everything that area has to offer, Brooklyn Steel, etc – access to a lot of great places without all the foot traffic near the apartment.
