I love my apartment so much, but will be aboard and am looking for someone to sublease it. It is on the top floor of the building (floor four) and in the rear, so it is pretty quiet. The windows face south, so they let in a lot of light. It is three flights up, so you will need to be able to go upstairs. The rent is 2,800 per month plus electricity— in the summer, electricity costs are around $70/80, and then during winter, they are around $30/40. There are laundry machines in the basement that you need quarters to operate. There is a window AC in the main room. There is no TV in the apartment. The R is nearby and takes you to Barclays, which has many train lines. You can also walk to Barclays from here, which is very accessible by train. It is located in the heart of Park Slope (on Carroll between Fifth and Sixth). It is near Prospect Park and has many restaurants/shops. I will leave the space completely furnished, though I will clear out the bedroom closet/drawers and the bathroom. This is a non-smoking apartment (any kind of smoking). I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful and hopefully enjoys colorful art on the walls.
