You will have the entire apartment to yourself, which is nestled north of the Historic Bedford Stuyvesant District. Ideal subletter(s) are those who appreciate art, design, plants, and want to be in the center of Brooklyn.

This 330-square-foot apartment is tiny but MIGHTY and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has a full-sized bed, and the "couch" is actually a twin-sized daybed covered in pillows. In the living room is a desk and monitor for a productive remote work setup. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices, and an espresso machine. The kitchen island has two stools for dining and holds a collection of glasses, pots, pans, and a shaker for cocktails. WiFi is included and a TV is in the living room.

The private outdoor patio has several lounging chairs, a cozy hammock, and a small dining table/chair for two.

A grocery store and laundromat are one block away, the Myrtle Broadway J/ M train is a 10-minute walk away, and many great bars, restaurants, coffee shops and Herbert Von King Park are all within a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
