Hello! We are subletting our 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the Mission from December 3-19 (plus or minus one day on either end is fine!). It’s a lovely corner unit with a balcony and the most spacious floor plan in the building, with access to a great fitness center, conference rooms, courtyard, clubhouse, and secure bike room. The living room is hardwood and the bedrooms have new carpeting. Our kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking needs you may have. We can also do a farmers market run for you right before we leave if you give me a list of in season produce that you'd like (you can find this by searching: Foodwise seasonality chart SF).

Primary bedroom has a king sized Purple mattress & the guest bedroom has a queen Casper mattress, sure to please the pickiest of sleepers! To cover rent is 1200/week, will discount to 1150/week if staying the entire time. We’ll take care of utilities if you can water our plants twice a week :) 2 minute walk to BART, 8 Muni lines, Valencia St with endless shopping & restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to Dolores Park where you can enjoy a picnic or watch the sunset. Garage parking can be added for $250 (free EV charging) if your car is the size of a Prius or smaller as we have a stacker space.

We love our home so much and hope to find someone who can appreciate it to explore all the city has to offer. My partner and I grew up here and have created a doc with lots of local recommendations that we are excited to share with you.
