6 min walk to the C at Franklin, 10 minute walk to the A/C at Nostrand, and a 12 minute walk to the 2/3/4/5 at Eastern Parkway. Steps from the B49, B48 and B65 buses. The neighborhood offers amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bars and stores.

Pet friendly! Tenants can bring their dogs to the courtyard, which is a HUGE bonus, especially in the winter months.

I've lived here for 2 years and have loved it! I'm only leaving because I found a great deal on another apartment that I couldn't pass up, but otherwise, I would have stayed for longer. The other tenants are awesome and I'm sad to be leaving them. I've made some great friends in this building.

I'm an entertainment professional in my mid-30's and I work from home, so I'll be showing the space and can be flexible on time of day.
