I love this apartment and always miss it when traveling for work. Super sunny, views of the skyline through big windows, and a bunch of room to move around.
Found it during the early WFH days, and it's been perfect for me since. A big room and a comfy bed make it easy to sleep in or get up, depending on what the day looks like. Then I got my cozy living room where I'm either loafing on the couch, listening to music, or meditating. And it flows all the way to the open kitchen. Best part is the peace and quiet, given it's off the street and has soundproof windows.
My second bedroom is currently my office, but it fits a full-size bed if you're looking for a second full room. I've been in the process of transforming it into my guest room/art room (All ideas welcome!).
This all comes with in-unit laundry and two full bathrooms— a standing shower in one and a bath in the other, which I enjoy shamelessly cause why not (we listen, we don't judge).
My spot is steps from Prospect Park and has all the good coffee, food, and local charm to complement your stay. (Food and activities guide included)

Tenant
First things first:
Share a bit about yourself (What you do, foods you like, favorite books even), your reason for subletting, and what dates are looking like for you. Dates are firm but circumstantially flexible, so don't be afraid to ask.
House Rules:
- Treat the place like you expect AD to come see you (tidy up)
- Water the plants svp
- No shoes in the apartment
- No parties, please. A small kickback, mayyyybe, but you got the whole city to do that.
- No Smoking
- 2 Occupants Max (Or a couple)
Subleasing Terms:
- Those interested would sign a sublease agreement
- Based on the length of stay, we'd coordinate a security deposit
- All bills are included in the price. (Venmo/Zelle)
Screening:
- ID and contact info
- Video Chat / In-Person meeting if possible
- Rental Ref (Preferred; if possible)
