Hi! I’m subletting my sunny and spacious 2 bedroom apartment (1 bd is an office) while I’m out of town visiting family and going to a wedding. It’s on the border of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights and amazing for working from home.

Dates:
April 24-June 6 or longer (flexible, prorated price offered), but preference for someone to stay most of that time.

Details:
-Bedroom: Queen bed, fire escape, blackout curtains and super sunny. Bedroom is located in the back of the building so very little street noise, but can hear some train noise so not the best for super light sleepers. No guests or subletters have complained over the years, but I provide earplugs in case.
- Office: sunny, 27” computer monitor, fast wifi (I wfh), printer, sewing machine, cutting board and art supplies.
-Living room + dining area: 50” Samsung television, Nintendo Switch dock, great for entertainment: karaoke speaker with 2 wireless microphones, disco lights and oh yeah my whole apartment has Philips Hue color changing lights :)
- Separate kitchen: dishwasher, a high speed blender, instant pot, moka pot, SodaStream and a washing machine (no dryer– air dry clothes on racks).
-Bathroom: renovated, full sized tub, good water pressure.
Second floor walk-up in a 16-unit building with bike storage!

The Location:
It’s on Prospect Place, right off of Franklin Ave where there are a ton of bars, restaurants and shops. Mr. Kale bodega is open 24/7 and is amazing.

S train is on my block, 8 minute walk/5 blocks from the 2/3/4/5 train and from the C train.
It is a 15-20 minute walk to The Brooklyn Museum, Botanical Garden and Prospect Park and only a 25 minute train ride to Manhattan.
