We're looking for tenants to take over our lease in Crown Heights! It's a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor. All pets allowed.

The building is well-maintained with roof access (taller than other buildings around it!), laundry machines in the basement, a fenced shared backyard, and only a block from the large Crown Heights recreational complex. (Basketball courts, an indoor pool, baseball diamond, outdoor gym, soccer fields, picnic tables galore! I walk my dog there...)

The apartment itself is very generous for the price. My roommate and I each comfortably fit queen beds in our rooms with large windows! There's a third bedroom that's a smidgeon smaller, but would still fit a queen bed. We've been using it as an office just because there are only two of us and the price was right!

The kitchen has updated appliances, including a dishwasher, and a decent amount of storage! The bathroom is so pretty! White subway tile and a glass panel as the curtain, so it feels polished and chic. Honestly my favorite room in the house. All the rooms have big windows (even the bathroom has a small window) — all of which open and all of which let in lots of light.

The best thing about this apartment is the legroom. It's got a big central living room, and we've lived in bedrooms opposite the living room, so there's lots of sound privacy and room to move around. For two or three people especially, or even two couples, this could be so very comfortable.

Walk (10 minutes) to the A/C at Utica Ave and (6 minutes) to the 3/4 at Utica-Crown-Heights. Easy peasy to the city in many directions. The B46 bus comes close as well. Crown Heights has lots to offer, especially if you walk the 15 minutes to Nostrand Ave — our area is especially close to Bed-Stuy/Stuyvescent Heights and we do much of our socializing over there! The street itself is quiet and comfortable, just row houses and lots of parking — I personally have a car and have never spent more than 4 minutes looking for somewhere to park it.
