Bright one-bedroom apartment available to sublet from December 1st - December 31st with the opportunity to continue subletting/ sublease beyond December. I work remotely so you'll have everything you need to WFH - monitor, standing desk, printer etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a storm and the couch/living area is super comfortable for chilling. The building is super clean and chill, situated right on Franklin Ave across from the C train.

The location is awesome and sits in the middle of Clinton Hill (west), Bedstuy (east) and Crown Heights (south). Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops in the area and Lincoln Supermarket is a 1 minute walk.
