Bright and cozy apartment, windows face the street but it is an extremely quiet street. The apartment is on the fifth floor which means you will have amazing views of Downtown Brooklyn. I have a TV, sound bar, and Roku you’re welcome to use. I keep all spaces quite clean and organized, I ask you to be considerate and do the same. I WFH full time so the work desk + monitor and chair are top notch.

COMMUTE_

5 min walk from the G line Clinton-Washington Avenues Station and 9 min walk to the Lafayette C. Dekalb (B,N,Q,R,W lines) are a 15 min walk away. It's nice to walk around Fort Greene, day or night. There are also several Citi Bike docks close by.

NEIGHBORHOOD/ BUILDING_

The apartment is located on a quiet street. steps from restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, laundromats and a weekly Farmer's Market that happens on Saturdays in Fort Greene Park (3 blocks away from the apartment).
