We are offering our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment for sublet while we are away from mid February through mid April.

The apartment is North-South facing, so tons of light and is in a new building. It is also conveniently located in the heart of Bed Stuy, close to Herbert Von King Park with two different train lines close by. The apartment is a 4th floor walkup but the apartment is the top most apartment in the building so there is little noise and a lot of privacy.

Our price for a weekly sublet is $1200 per week which is inclusive of utilities. This will also cover a weekly cleaning if you want (we have a very trustworthy and excellent cleaner who will also be watering our plants. We can figure out a schedule that works for you).

Here are some of the amenities:

- 2 balconies (one at front and back)
- Each room has an AC with heating and cooling
- Queen sized pull out couch in the second bedroom (Very comfortable - this is an american leather sleeper sofa)
- Both bedrooms have a full closet with drawers
- Attached bathroom to the main bedroom has a bathtub and a second full bathroom with a shower
- 65" TV on an moving arm in the living room (the arm extends out so you can be seated on the couch and have the tv come out right in front of you)
- Sonos Speakers
- 1gb Internet
- Kitchen with all key appliances

A few things to discuss:
- Our main bedroom has a Japanese floor bed (we started using one after a trip to Japan and love it) but we know its' not for everyone but we can easily remove it and can talk about other options
- Currently our plan is to sublet mid Feb to mid April but we can be flexible about the dates if needed.
- We will remove most of our personal belongings from both bedrooms.
- We would like to sign a sublet agreement and there will be a $3000 security deposit, which will be fully refundable.
