This south-facing (=sun!) apartment has a sizeable living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a tiny balcony. The building has an elevator and laundry is available in the basement. The larger bedroom has a queen-size bed and the smaller one a full-size bed.
The apartment is just over the Crown Heights border with Prospect Heights, which means you get the best of both of these great neighborhoods: lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. There are a couple supermarkets nearby, each about a 5 minute walk away. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum and 15 minutes to Prospect Park.
Subway lines nearby: the C, 2/3, 4/5, B/Q, and G.
12 minute walk: Clinton/Washington Aves (C), Eastern Parkway (2/3)
15 minute walk: Franklin Ave (2/3/4/5), 7th Ave (B/Q), Bergen Street (2/3)
18 minute walk: Clinton/Washington Aves (G)
There's also a Citibike station around the corner.

$1050/week. Dates are flexible, but prefer those who can stay a longer duration (ideally Dec 11-26).
No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the apt or building.
