About This Lister
I (Roxie) and my partner Anthony are the owners of the property and will be personally showing the apartment. There is no management company and we enjoy having a personable relationship with the folks whom we rent to. We do not live on the property but do live a few blocks away and will be the point of contact for the tenants.
We are illustrators who also love music, gardening, and Brooklyn's history and architecture. We really love this house and the neighborhood, so it's important to us that you do too!

We are looking for responsible and respectful tenants who will love living here and are looking to plant roots. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, family oriented vibe in a beautiful neighborhood then this is the place for you! But if you are looking for hustle and bustle and nightlife eg: Greenpoint or Carroll Gardens, then this area may not be a good fit.
If you apply to the apartment we ask for proof of income & references, as well as first month's rent plus 1 month's security deposit.

Pets Policy
