(This is a 3 bedroom apartment. 3rd bedroom w/ half-bath is in the basement. I'm looking for someone for there too!)

--quiet w/ cute houses nearby. a few eateries
--2 blocks from Astoria park (east river)
--12~ walk to subway --> 25 min total to Central Park. 35 min. to Times Sq.
--2 laundromats on corner
--12~min. uber to/from LaGuardia
--right off GCP, Triborough/Harlem access
--5~ min. walk to grocery store

Me:
--ESL teacher, but nowadays mostly a remote court reporting student learning stenography from home
--clean, quiet, respectful seeking same!

You:
--clean! quiet after midnight! doesn't bring home guests :)

About This Lister

ESL teacher - but not too much anymore as I am mostly focused on online court reporter/stenography school

(this means all my former hobbies have fallen by the wayside, but i still go to the gym!)
