Looking for an another woman to share this lovely, sunlit two bedroom apartment. Short or longer term sublet available. I've lived here for a six years, great space, location and management. One room is available starting January 1, end date is flexible.

On the Bushwick / Ridgewood border, 2 blocks to Myrtle-Wykoff L & M trains (20 minutes to Union Square, 10 mins to the Bedford stop in Williamsburg). Short walk to all the Bushwick restaurants and businesses and a short walk into chill Ridgewood. Three blocks away from L'impremerie and other great restaurants. Two blocks from a Food Town, Starbucks, CVS which are all next to the subway stop. The building is across the street from a church, well lit at night. Flat screen TV with all the streaming services in the living room.

Corner bedroom (windows on two sides). The rooms are at opposite ends of the apartment so there's a lot of privacy. Super bright, affordable, good sized room. Hardwood floors, good shower, windows in every room. 3rd floor, quiet, clean building. Room for rent is the empty one in the pictures - bed, night stand, desk, stool and hanging rack remain. Lots of under bed storage. New quiet Midea AC already installed in the bedroom for rent. Rest of apartment is stylishly decorated. The apartment is great for someone not bringing furniture or a lot of stuff as it's already furnished.

I'm a friendly, quiet, clean female filmmaker who travels a good deal and generally works a lot. I teach film at a school and am out for some of the week. I'm looking for a chill, responsible, clean person to share this lovely place for a few months.

I'm vegetarian so I keep a meat-free kitchen. You’re welcome to use all appliances, dishes etc. but no meat please.
