Hi! My partner and I have lived in this home for three years and it has served us well. I have been working from home pretty consistently now and am moving to a bigger place for a home office.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a Bed-Stuy brownstone. The current tenants of the building are super friendly and we have a great relationship with them.

When I first got the apartment it was marketed as two bedroom, however, I use the front room as a living room/office and the back room as the bedroom.

There are two bathrooms, one which I have converted into a laundry room for your use.

I am offering the option to have furnished/unfurnished and flexible on the dates but would prefer at least a two month commitment.

The bedroom is south facing and gets consistent sun all day. I've lived in many neighborhoods in NYC and this bedroom is the most quiet ever for sleeping peacefully.

Wood floors throughout, exposed brick in the kitchen, internet, heat, water included.

Great space for a couple or solo person, new to the city or considering a move to Bed-Stuy and want to see what its like.

The home is close to coffee shops and bakerires Botani, Rita & Maria, Saraghina, Soft Butch, Little Roy, Fat Doughnut, Welcome Home. Also Herbert Von King is a quick walk if you have a dog or just like to stroll.

The JMZ at Myrtle Broadway is the closest train 13 minute walk.
